Regardless of age, weight, fitness level or experience, you can TheraCise. What matters most is a desire to better yourself. At TheraCise, we develop a Goal And Performance (GAP) plan which best fits you. Each person is different so each GAP plan is different. It will consist of exercises, drills, routines and tasks which are most suitable for reaching those predetermined goals. For those who have never exercised or been to a gym before, we teach proper technique as well as body awareness to help make your workout as safe and as efficient as possible.
