Of course we do have a choice at the speed and degree in which this happens. It’s no secret that exercise benefits our minds and our bodies. Surprisingly, many people don’t know how or where to begin when it comes to implementing an exercise program. That’s where TheraCise comes in. One of our TheraCise Specialists will conduct a Preliminary Health Assessment as well as Movement Screening so as to build a Goal And Performance (GAP) plan specific to your needs. If medical issues are a concern, we can implement Doctor Prescribed Exercises as required. Whatever it takes for our clients to FEEL and BE their best, that’s what we do at TheraCise.
